In what is now tradition for our platform, the new version of our car is once again released mid year in Beta form.\u00a0 This version of our car was used by our team drivers at MHIC in April to be the top finishing non-Awesomatix kit in 17.5TC and also finished 9th in Mod TC on its debut race weekend.<\/p>\n

This time around the car looks quite a bit different.\u00a0 We are dropping the dual spur gear design and shorty set-up for a more traditional layout that allows for the use of full size battery packs.\u00a0 After testing, we did not necessarily find a car that handles much differently, but the larger battery pack acceptance allows for a wider appeal to racers and also makes the car more competitive on larger outdoor tracks.<\/p>\n
